New onesheet for my short film.

Sketches

The layout were inspired by Michael Bay's Transformer's DVD cover.

Scenes

This is the scene where Aqua kicks off Blaze's fireball.

The poses and angle is inspired by the scene from Dreamwork's Kungfu Panda.

This scene shows how both looks like in my final outcome short film.

Some effects are greatly inspire by this film here from Lascosaasdelohen

Poses

When started on the production, some poses really gives me a headache. And I have been spending for few hours just to get the right poses. Thanks to Nadiah, lended me the puppet figure. Save me quite some time.

Took a few pictures of them.

Changes

Sorry that i haven't been posting anything new up. This is the new story that i promise. This is without audio.

Here are some poses for the new design.

Here is the Aqua and Blaze's redevelopment with the color palette.

This is the 1st color mood for my background design.

which is inspired by
Pop-Mech-Tech-Watch

Due to the background is a little too dark, the mood has been redesign to enhance the character and the flower. So that they could gain more attention to the audience.

Aqua

Sunday, March 28, 2010 0

This is Aqua. She is a moody and cool girl. Which her personality reacted on her base element water.

I guess she need some more edit or changes on her face's tattoo a little. Where both of my character have this same identical place that resembles their own element.

Blaze

This is Blaze. He is a playful and energetic boy. Which his personality reacted on his base element fire. I've given him the mohawk haircut to enhance the playfulness of Blaze.

After Chris's feedback and comments on my work last week, i think there might be some design changes on some particular area of Blaze. Probably simplify him more a bit. And for the goggle part, I actually wanted to try the effects of high tech HUD with it. But Chris advise me to stay more focus on the element part rather than some unnecessary scene which does not indicate the element much. Which i might probably think more about it for this 3 week long Easter Break.

This is a website for some little tutorials for after effects.
